Very Professional. No complaints. HOWEVER is there a need to write to GP with copy to me? . It would be quicker to send emails. This would save time, paper and postage. At a time when the NHS is strapped for cash it should embrace cost saving measures.

This lady conducted a telephone review of my case. She phoned at exactly the time arranged and was very polite and friendly in the call. The follow up letter to me and my GP indicated that she had taken on board everything that we discussed and the letter was issued very promptly. Thank you.

Responses to your issues or requests seem rushed - doesn't necessarily address, your concerns deeply enough. Presumably down to being too overworked to look back into your notes or previous correspondence, so you end up having to make double the correspondence (repeating stuff you've already stated, or that is already in your notes) just to make the situation clear and get your issue addressed.
